My special day..

In my busyness, I almost missed out blogging about how my special day went this year..thanks to a few nudges and reminders, the pictorial update is finally here..

And t'was the day before the special day....
Bday graffiti from 1-5..
Had some graffiti from 1-2 on a piece of paper too, but didn't take a snapshot of it..

A nice & loud bday song from the unit..very sweet of them.....*smile*  This is the 2nd year running that the unit celebrated for me... :)

This was all that was left of the cake that they had bought for me..
Boy : "M'am, can we have the cake?"
Me: "At least give me one piece to eat la!!"

Need I explain further where my cake went?

Cake & biiiig present from the unit.. :)

From the Part Ds of the unit, those dearest to my heart.. :)
If you don't know what these characters are, they are SMURFS!  Super hard to find them in stores..in fact, I've never seen them in stores ever...

Isn't the card ultra cute? :)

Lovely lovely gift from J.... :)

And t'was the special day itself....
Breakfast @ Epicurious @ Robertson Quay with Z....yummy looking right? :)
Prices are very reasonable too...

 Yummmmyyyyyy.... :P

One of the many antique-looking thingies that they had in the little restuarant...a METAL plate with simple green floral design in the centre.

O this was what was in the box given to me by the unit..I think it's a Husky... :)

Super ultra cute card from Z...cute right??

The card was accompanied by a Jelly Belly!! The dispenser ACTUALLY requires money to be put in before you can get any of the jelly beans in it out :P  & check out the refills that was bought for me at the back of the card too!

The group gift from 12 colleagues...it was EXACTLY what I had wanted to buy.....THANKS GUYS :)

 Lunch was at Jack's Place...looks delicious doesn't it? :)

This is a picture of a picture taken by a POLAROID camera....
This is something that I wanna get perhaps...a POLAROID camera! It's super fun to use....of course not as sophisticated as the DSLR, but there's something about being able to instantly see and hold the pic that you've just taken in your hands...heh...
thanks to Z for lending it to me for the day... :)

What better way to end of the day than a Japanese buffet dinner @ Kuishinbo with my mum.. :)
